F.O.R.C.E.8 PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING:

Experience a results driven and intense workout programs customized to an athlete's specific sports needs and physiological weaknesses. Designed to increase an athlete's balance & flexibility, reduce injury, build strength, gain muscle mass and more importantly, provide them the athleticism that will allow them to perform at their highest potential. Each workout is designed to push each athlete to take their athleticism where they didn't think it could go in the least amount of time possible.

VERTIMAX TRAINING (Vertical Jump, Speed and Agility):

  • Vertical Jump - VertiMax is the most effective Vertical Jump System because it is able to maximize both explosive leg power and arm swing velocity to maximize the vertical life component leading to superior vertical jump performance gains. VertiMax’s ability to maximize vertical jump performance which is a measure of explosive leg power will transfer to significant gains in other critical sports performance parameters such as first step quickness and overall speed.

(Jumps measured and tracked for improvement)

  • Speed - VertiMax will radically improve 40 yard dash times and sport specific speed in any direction to give you the speed advantage on any field of play that will separate you from the competition.

(Sprints timed and tracked for improvement)

  • Functional Strength - VertiMax's ability to dynamically and simultaneously load multiple points on the human body can deliver superior strength and conditioning benefits for athletics, everyday life activities and rehabilitation purposes. In comparison, traditional exercise machines restrict movements to a single plane of motion, which is an unnatural form of movement for the body and potentially lead to faulty movement patterns or injury.

STRENGTH TRAINING:

Using resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness, improved cardiac function, and improved lipoprotein lipid profiles, including elevated HDL ("good") cholesterol.

We'll increase strength by progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental weight increases.

Using a combination of body weight exercises and equipment to target specific muscle groups we leave no stone unturned to generate the desired results!

Equipment:

  • Barbell
  • Dumbbell
  • Kettlebell
  • Resistance Bands
  • TRX Rip Trainer
  • rip:60 Suspension Trainer

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING:

Plyometric training adds more energy to your exercise routine. Plyometrics consist of powerful fast movements that improve the workings of your nervous system and thus overall performance in sporting events. They involve relaxing and contracting the muscles in fast sequences, making use of elasticity, innervations, and strength of tissues and muscles that are involved in running faster, jumping higher, and throwing farther. Thus plyometrics are especially useful for track and field athletes. Plyos raise the force and speed of your muscle contractions, leading to higher explosive power that is needed in sports activities.

Track and field events aren’t the only sports that need plyos. Soccer, rugby, racket sports, martial arts, and basketball also make use of plyometrics, in fact every sport can benefit to some extent from plyometric training.

The benefits of Plyometric Training:

  • Enhanced Performance

Since plyometrics can boost your running speedyour performance can improve a lot. Even if you are involved in an activity that does not involve running, plyos can still help you, because you can be better at throwing farther or punching harder. Plyometric training can help you achieve almost all athletic goals.

  • Muscle Power

With plyos, the strength of your arm and leg muscles would be enhanced by a higher rate of force development, thereby guaranteeing a rise in muscular power and force.

  • Burning Calories

As your muscles become bigger, stronger and improve in its endurance capabilities, you will burn calories at a higher rate. Plyometric exercises would increase your metabolism so you will burn more calories even when you are at rest. Since muscle maintenance needs more energy than fat maintenance, you will burn more calories with each activity.

  • Endurance

If you have a competition coming up, plyos can help you beef up your stamina very specifically for that major event. Plyometric exercises can be used to enhance power endurance, power is an important performance indicator and when this type of endurance is developed, you are able to perform at a higher intensity for longer.

Plyometric training can also teach the endurance athlete to produce muscular force more efficiently; this efficiency is realized through the body learning to produce more force for less energy expenditure. Thus this saving in energy cost can be recouped towards the end of any endurance type activity i.e. the energy savings made during the beginning of the competition is now available in abundance for the end game.

It is this that makes it possible for endurance athletes to benefit from doing plyometric training.

JACOB'S LADDER TREADMILL CLIMBER TRAINING:

Jacobs Ladder provides the most efficient exercise for those serious about conditioning. Unlike most cardio machines, this patented treadmill climber utilizes low impact, high range of motion exercise to provide a superior cardio workout to both the upper and lower body.

Jacobs Ladder is an innovative cardio machine with ladder-type rungs on a non-motorized continuous treadmill. It's self-paced, so the faster you go, the faster it goes. Jacobs Ladder is preferred by pro football teams, the FBI, the Army, the Navy, West Point and numerous Division I universities to improve their strength and conditioning programs.

The benefits of Jacob's Ladder Training:

  • Interval Training

Universities and professional sports teams agree that Jacobs Ladder is the ultimate fitness experience. The unique design on the machine allows for both aerobic and anaerobic workouts. Aerobically, Jacobs Ladder not only increases heart rate quicker than other machines, but correspondingly results in increased VO2MAX levels.

Jacobs Ladder also offers the athlete the option of HIIT (high intensity interval workouts). Because speed of the rungs is determined by the user, HIIT Interval training workouts can be achieved by utilizing 1 - 3 minute intervals at 85-90% maximum heart rate. Jacob's Ladder emulates sprinting or stair climbing without incurring the high impact on joints.

While traditional stair climbers, ellipticals and treadmills are well-suited for the recreational athlete, Jacobs Ladder was designed to offer the interval training athlete an improved method for in-season, pre-season and post-season workouts.

  • Fitness/Weight Loss Training

Jacobs Ladder is the ideal weight loss exercise machine to add to your current fitness routine, and is the best low-impact training tool on the market today!

Study after study confirms that exercise using both the arms and legs requires more energy expenditure, and therefore burns more calories than exercises using just the arms or the legs. So, unlike stair-climbers, stationary bikes, and other standard club equipment, Jacobs Ladder can offer exercisers a superb cardiovascular workout in a relatively short amount of time. This means Jacobs Ladder is great for weight loss exercise!

The addition of Jacobs Ladder to your workout will provide anyone looking for weight loss with a unique fitness experience, while mixing up your routine.

  • Rehabilitation Training

Jacobs Ladder was initially designed to accommodate people who had back pain and were unable to get aerobic exercise on traditional commercial equipment. The patented design resulted in a commercial cardio machine that accommodated not only people with back issues but also people with knee, ankle and hip problems.

Jacobs Ladder automatically adjusts to your speed. The faster you go, the faster it goes. This allows the attending medical professional to ensure that the patient is not over or under worked. The readouts in Rate (Ft/Min), Distance, Calories, and Elapsed Time give the patient the ability to monitor progress over time. This means that Jacobs Ladder is great for rehabilitation fitness.

Jacobs Ladder is an ideal cardio machine for users looking to come back from an injury. Its unique design allows for a low impact workout, while still delivering results.
