Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor.
I can detect when your form is not quite right or when you need to put more effort in an exercise or drill. I can recommend new techniques, paths or the right exercise to achieve maximum results.
As your trainer, we ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise – too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.
Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients are directly from Northern Virginia or the surrounding areas. I can come to a court near you or another local gym.
That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to work with Ballers.

How are results measured?
Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program), we provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals.
During your workout sessions, I not only give you training\exercise-specific direction, but also explain the reasons behind the methods so you’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.
Most importantly, I demand accountability. To bring real change, you need a trainer who is directly responsible for your success!

I take pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with basketball, health, exercise science and nutrition.
So if you find yourself in positions and situations you've never been in don't worry. If you find yourself working with a piece of training gear you've never seen or heard of before don't worry. If you find your self working with something that is traditional used for another use don't worry.
It's all been tested, verified and approved by the experts and experimental beings such as myself;)
How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are.
